Go Bottomlocation of the slo blo fuse

I have no battery to my Kioti LK3054 and every thing in the service manual leads to the 30A slo blo fuse. I've torn the tracktor apart with no luck.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

I've uploaded a photo,we'll see if it post,it's a plug with a loop of wire on it,that's the fusible link,just under my alternator,mine is part #84612-3447-1,look it up and you can see a picture ....

I took the photo out to the tractor and searched for nearly 2 hours. There is nothing that looks anything like that. I ran the part number on the net and it was available but that does me no good if I have no place to put it.
