Has anyone had any experiences good or bad with the stump grinder attachment for the Ventrac 4100?

I have used the Ventrac one several years ago and didn't like it. It is out in front of the machine and you can't see what is happening. There is supposed to be a mirror but there wasn't one on the rental unit I was using
The Steiner stump grinder is off center and much easier to see exactly what is happening.
