Just noticed the temp guage on my RTV runs about a needles width over halfway before the cooling fan comes on. Just wondering if I might have a defective guage or they have the new ones set up to run at a warmer temp. Put my hand on the radiator and coolant hoses and they are not that hot. Comparing it to the BX1800 I have which usually runs about a 1/4 on the guage. The RTV has under 10 hrs on it. Or is this the normal temp range they run. Down in Central Texas.

i have an RTV and it never ran hot at all the temp gauge hardly ever moved...they do run super kewl even under load...but ofcourse every1 knows i returned mine cuz it was a piece or ****...i have a mule now with about 130 hours and havent had a problem yet...but dont freak out bout the temp gauge dude its ok ....
