Belarus 820 keeps blowing fuse when I try to start

The 30 amp fuse in the ignition circuit blows instantly when I try to start. I got it started once, but nothing I do now seems to work. Replaced Ignition switch, starter relay, interlock relay. Checked & repaired the ground switch. Series Parallel switch is pretty new and looks good. Starter (24 V) and generator are also pretty new. In my climate I don't need the glow plugs, flame primer, or anything else electrical so can I just disconnect all of these (lights, horn, most gauges aren't working anyhow)? Wondering if either starter or generator have an internal short. Wiring schematic from the manual doesn't seem to match up with my tractor.

The series parallel switches are a PITA. I eliminated mine in short order and installed a 12V starter and lived happily ever after. There is most likely an issue inside it. You can take them apart and check it out ....
