The linkage for the control lever on our skid steer
is broken or come loose. We need to lift the operator's compartment but can't because the
loader lift arms will not raise up.
What is the best way to release the hydraulics to
raise the arm.

If the arms are down then the cab should still flip. If they aren't then the only way would be to use another loader for safety to hold them and later raise them but to loosen the lines and allow them to drain out.
When fixed to tighten them and add the right oil they will purge themselves. ....
