I am looking at a Task Master Trooper 425A tractor. It is built in China for the US market. Has anyone had experience with this manufacturer?

TaskMaster is just a label put on for American sales. They're actually DongFeng tractors, manufactured by the DFAM (DongFeng Agricultural Machinery Group) Corporation. Other labels include Terraplane, DF, Diesel Force and Noriker - maybe more.

go ahead and get it greg, the parts problem caused by a change of distribution for DF tractors will be over soon.. Taskmaster is active again out of Canada. We use the same chassis for our new Agtrac line of tractors so have a decent and rapidly growing inventory of parts here in arkansas. the engine is this 425A is same Y385 as jinma and KAMA 25HP so dozens of engine parts sources in USA. DF makes the current Lenar line up also, they should have some parts as well. We also have direct access to the factory in China. ....
