I was wondering if anyone has heard of anyone making small 2 or 4 row planters made especially for food plots(small scale) corn, sorghum, etc. planting, that could be pulled behind a small utility tractor ... thank you for you help

Last year I hooked my JD4200 HST 4WD to a 4 row Kinze planter with trash whippers. 'Course I was only traveling at about 2 MPH (this was for a test plot)
But I had absolutely no problem either power or traction (though I did find that maintaining a straight line to be enhanced by using 4WD. ....

I use a demster planter (2 row unit) 3 point hitch. with a 20hp compact tractor. no problems pulling it at all.
(this planter is for sale) ....

I recently purchased and used a JD 2R FlexiPlanter. It works very well and it suited for compacts. It flexes over uneven terrain. I planted 1 acre of sweet corn.
