Ain't the CTB thing great!! Info an anything from divorce to installing a john in the shop...Only in America!!! Does anyone own or have any info on King Kutter finish mowers and tillers. I was looking at them at TSC and they seem to be built well (3/16" deck on the mower) The 72" mower is $1200. Sure is a lot less than the green ones. The 60" tiller is $999. Again a lot less than other models I have looked at. I will use these behind a JD 4310. Are they made in the US or imported? Any info would be appreciated.

King Kutter as far as I know U.S. made.
I have many King Kutter attachments including the 60" tiller and the 72" rear finnish mower.
They work very well for me..

They are made in Winfield AL, a few miles up the road. I would assume that they are fairly well put together. I guess I could go and look.
Seems like the NA low cost equipment manufactures are all in the area. ....

I've been mowing with a 60" KK finish mower for over two years, and am pleased with it. It mows well and appears to be well made.

I have had a KK 72" tiller for 2 years on my Kubota 3710 and no problems. In the past 2 weeks I have tilled about 4 acres of very hard ground. I need to have the tractor in 4 wheel drive or the tiller will push the tractor. The tiller has stalled the tractor several times and I usually make the first pass in 1st gear! The tiller has done all that I wanted. I believe that KK is a best buy in tillers. ....

Thanks Bill and Radman for the feedback. I think I'm gonna go with the KK even though JD has some rebates going for equip bought with a tractor, they still don't close to KK's prices and I haven't heard a bad thing about KK ....

I have a KK Bush hog and it has worked fine. It was much cheaper than the JD and the JD dealer could not explain to me what the differences were.

I know they are built in Alabama but if I recall correctly, I think the transmission on my bush hog said "Made in China". ....
