Have a 1952 8N ford tractor with a ford 5ft finish mower deck. Can this be adjusted so that we're not scraping through the grass? It cuts too short.

If the mower deck is a 3pt most require that you take the wheels off and adjust the shims. ....

lifted shims. now the skids are digging into the lawn on the front partof the deck. Now what? ....

Does the unit have 4 wheels or 2? Is it 3pt or tow behind? If 2 then you need to lift the front on the 3pt. ....
