I have a Hinomoto E2304 with a 4 speed PTO. Can ayone tell me which PTO gear and which engine RPM I need use for standard PTO driven items like brush hogs and post-hole augers? Thanks

Theres probably a chart somewhere near the shifter that shows the various combinations and the resulting speeds.
A word of caution here though, your use of the word 'standard' brought to mind something, a lot of those machines were setup such that the PTO spins the opposite direction to what it does here in North America. All PTO equipment spins the same direction here, if you try to use a 'standard' PTO-driven implement like a bush-hog or auger it will be turning backwards and be useless.
Check this out before you spend much money on implements.
Best of luck. ....

Hinomoto uses a standard pto size & rotation. The slowesr speed is the correct speed. Run engine at near full throttle to have the correct speed at rated hp. Kubota & Mitsubishi used counterclockwise rotation with smaller shafts on a couple US & Japanese models. This fact has been blown way out of perportion to discourage the purchase of Japanese model tractors. ....
