I finally got the new fuel injector in (OK, nephew did it) but it's in and all seems to be working great. It turned out that the fuel pump was NOT the problem but it was worth a try.
I thought that timing would be an issue but it wasn't we simply marked the gears and key locations were carefull when removing the old injector and adjusted and aligned the key in the new injector with the slot on the gear and "boom goes the dynamite", she fired right up and sounded good. They may have been luck but I'd rather by lucky then good. Thanks to all for your generous help, assistance, and good will.
