I recently bought a 2002 Jinma tractor with a 2002 JM rotary finish mower Model #9GX-1.5 and I'm not having any luck finding parts for the mower. The dealer where it was purchased has gone out of business and I can't find parts near or far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Truthfully, I don't think that dealer would have offered any meaningful parts support either. But Homier sold the thing under their FarmPro label for a while. Perhaps they have an old part or two gathering dust on their shelves. Click on link below

Depending on the part(s) needed you may find another brand will work. My best guess on that would be to take the part needed in with you. ....

Thanks but I already tried my local tractor dealer and he said with 34 different kinds of tractors he services he doesn't have anything that looks like that. And my other dealer is for John Deere. ....

You might try www.northerntool.com, they sell nortrac equipment which is Jinma by another name. Call the 800 number and get them to connect you to the nortrac service dept. They might have what you need. ....

You didn't say what parts you think you need for or instance, bearings are fairly universal and can be gotten from places like Grainger's, and some special parts can be made by a good metal fabricator, etc. What parts do you need? ....

When I bought it, the pulley was welded to the shaft of the blade spindle and no grease fitting on top, so I need all these parts. ....

Wade,

The blade spindle(s) may be somewhat proprietary, but I would think that a decent metal worker could cut the pulley off and re-work the spindle end to take a keyed pulley and install a zerk for lubrication. I know I could do it in my shop easily so I'm sure there must be someone near you would do the same. ....

Depending on your spindle would expect you to be able to find an unit that would fit it. Might require a mounting or adapter plate be made but as has been mentioned local welding/machine shop should have no problem if you are not able to. ....

I'm sorry, but we're just talkin' about a light duty mower of dubious pedigree - that probably didn't retail for more than $600 before it was pulled off the market for cause. I considered the damn thing disposible from the git-go. If this one needs more than a belt, sell it for scrap metal

Wade,

You can get parts for that mower from Affordable Tractor Sales in Texas. I just checked with the owner and he says they have them in stock. You can call him at 979.865.4002 or email him at tommy@affordabletractorsalesco.com and he'll fix you up. ....
