1)drain coolant
2)remove fan belts
3)remove bolts on pump
4)clean surfaces of old gasket
5)install new gasket and pump
....

Well, that describes the generic procedure for just about any water pump. But in this case the radiator shroud - and perhaps the whole radiator - may have to be removed to gain unrestricted access to the water pump. There's may also be the matter of removing/replacing the coolant temperature sending unit.
