My fuel gauge on my 2008 tx doesn't work..anyone have any ideas of how to repair it or what's involved with replacing it?

Is it in the dash or in the tank? The ones in the tank fall apart all the time. You just have to pry the top out of the tank and fish the parts out and put it back together. If it's in the dash, I guess you need a new one. ....

The guage fits in a rubber sleeve, you can either pry the guage out of the sleeve or pry the sleeve and guage out of the tank, which ever is easier. There is a hoop style frame, a spiral piece that holds the float, and the float. ....
