Go Bottomsealer on gator water pump

have a 2000 6x4 gator with 620 kawasaki engine. water pump was leaking and i removed it today. was wondering if i should use a gasket sealer with the new gaskets, and if so, what kind. i know you have to be careful with aluminum as acidic sealers can cause problems.

I assume you replaced the pump. No sealer on gaskets. ....

i am still debating whether to replace or not. was leaking, but when removed everything on it looks good. toying with the idea of just puting new gaskets on and giving it a try. ....

Very seldom do they leak around the gaskets. probably leaking out the weep hole under the shaft. Bad seal inside........Hole is very hard to see with muffler, clutch, etc. in the way. ....
