Pulled secondary clutch off to replace buttons and noticed inside plate is loose and rotates on hub is this normal or do I need to replace clutch

If the clutch isn't giving you fits you should be ok. If you need a new secondary clutch for the HPX 4x4 that is part number AM138486. There used to be a serial number break but there isn't any longer.
