I have a 1996 JD 955 with FEL, it has 670 hrs. I am thinking about upgrading and was wondering what a fair price for the 955 would be.

I bought my 1993 (921HRS) JD 955 w/70a and 60"MMM for $8500. (it also had a new radiator, hydro cooler, fan, motor mounts, etc.) The guy who traded it, broke the engine mounts and the cooling fan ripped up the parts listed. But having a friend owner the JD dealership also had something to do with the price. He really wanted it off the lot. By the way were do you live, i might have a friend who would want your JD 955 ....

I live in the middle of Washington state. I can't seem to make up my mind if I want to trade the 955 for a 4310, it seems like the 4310 is quite a bit larger tractor in size but I like a lot of the new features it has to offer. ....
