I am looking at a 2004 Kioti dk45c with loader and backhoe. The asking price is 25,000. That seems high. Any opinions?

The DK45 is still available from Kioti dealers (as an "S" rather than a "C" version) so you can easily get the new asking price. (Confusing the issue, they want $4,000 for an installed loader. Confusing the confusion, they offer the loader free on many models.)
The discount for being five years old depends on its shape, local conditions, and the seller's motivation, but I'd estimate 1/4 to 1/3. ....
