I'm now looking at a 2003 L3130 with LA513 loader that has 340 hrs. on it. Comes with what looks to be a homemade metal canopy. Dealer is asking $14,900. Is that a good price?

Thats about where it should be and you do have some good savings off new! So my thoughts would tend to take me to how it was used and why so new as a trade! Was it too small? Maybe abused? Then it might have been to large and not enough use! ....

Thanks Art. The used one looked to be in great shape and was traded for an upgrade with a cab. But with the model closeout deals, the tax savings considerations, and the money I could make on investments (0% financing for 3 years), I decided to get a new one. The new one actually worked out to be less money.
I appreciate your valuable input though, as I know so many others do on a variety of subjects on which you comment. ....
