Just got our new Kubota back after sent to dealer for snowblower unit., the snowblower won't move and is only working in 1 fixed position, also the machine won't shut off! The dealer said it was cold let it warm up in a garage after 10 min it shut off. Isn't this dangerous? Why is it doing it?

How cold is it? Hydraulics and hydraulic controled clutches like the PTO clutch in your tractor can be real slow at extreme cold temps, like 25 below or so. I assume your tractor is a hydro drive, does the hydro work ok? Is the blower a three point rear mount or front mount? Frank is right! We need more info! If it isn't lifting you might want to be sure the hydraulic lines are properly attached to the tractor. ....

The engine doesn't shut off even when you pull the key out or when you get off the seat while it's PTO is engaged. Automatic shutoff doesnt' work. The snowblower is front mounted, the electronic controls for the shute don't work. ....

Sounds like two unrelated issues. The fuel shut off solenoid is not functioning, as well as the electric rotator motor is not functioning. Both lack electrical power to operate.
Is is under warrantee yet?
It might just be some loose or dirty connections. ....

My B2400 fuel solonoid went bad so i put palm of hand over air intake and it shuts down. Make sure you turn key off to save battery. ....
