Does anyone know where I might find a used backhoe attachment to fit my b7200 HST?

Not yet. Still looking for one. You can buy an aftermarket unit for about $5 grand. I think I'd be better off putting $5 grand toward buying another tractor that has one on it already. ....

I agree $5K is to much. Have you assessed what models you would attach if you were to find one in your price bracket?

I would move ahead on something in the $2k range.

I am hesitant since I am not sure what would be a feasible set-up. Another site I have queried claims you must have a sub-frame vs a 3ph set-up. My use is just some typical weekend homeowner stuff.

Have you seen any used B4672's?
Do you know if Kubota made a subframe/B4672 comboto fit the B7200 or is this a 3ph set-up? ....

If you can't find one and have the time and inclination to build your own, look up Cadplans. But that's a pretty minimal tractor for a hoe, even with a subframe (which will protect the tractor from breaking when you excavate with full force).

I haven't been able to find any used 4672's but I haven't really looked that hard. I'm not sure about the 3 point hitch vs subframe. I'd want to go with the subframe if possible.

The aftermarket hoe that I looked at was made by Rhino. I don't think you'll find anything in the $2000 range that is new.

Auerbach is right about the size of the tractor. That's one of the reasons I am thinking about finding a slightly larger one with a backhoe on it already. ....

I found somebody who had a B4672 on the B7200 with a subframe. It was all Kubota. He sold it.

The CADDIGGER looked interesting; but its a 3PH arrangement. So far I haven't hear of anybody mounting a BH to a tractor this size in a 3PH arrangement and plenty of advise telling me not to do it.

So far I only know of one Manufacturer making a subframe for this tractor; Kubota. And the B4672 is the only BH I have heard of someone putting on this tractor.

Woods told me they have no subframes for the B7200.

Does anybody know of any another options? ....

Options:

The inexpensive Kioti line starting at 20HP all have subframes.

You could build your own subframe or have a metal shop do it.

You could mount to the hitch and avoid full force.

You could rent or hire a hoe when you need one. ....
