The Position lever seems to be stuck in top position on L2850. Any way to loosen it? What am I overlooking.

Just got the 2850 and am going over it top to bottom.

Thanks.

It depends on if it's frozen on the outside or inside! Most often they are just frozen on the out side and can often be loosened up a bit on the friction discs and sprayed with WD-40 and loosened up. ....
