Frank;
So long as it worked properly before the change it has to be something simple, we hope.
It has the symptoms of an air lock somewhere in the system.
Can you disconnect the hose couplers from the down side of the loader cylinders and bleed air from them?
Is there perhaps a quick coupler that is popped out a bit and trapping the air or fluid from returning to the sump?
When turning the steering wheel lock to lock does it operate normaly, or does it hiss and growl?
Not being familliar with your brand of tractor there are likely lots of other simple things that it can be too. You will find it don't give up.

The front hydrauilcs work fine! Its the 3 point hitch that is the problem. This tractor is about 19hp.
Thanks Frank

Frank;
Most small tractors have a speed control valve for the drop speed of the three point hitch usually located just below the front of the seat. Look in your owners manual for instructions on using this valve. It may be that the changing of the fluids diosdloged a piece of something that has the valve clogged.

Think Hardwood is on the right track. Look for a knob that control the down speed on the 3 pth hitch. Often a knob between your legs on the tractor. ....

Wow! Yes there is some sort of knob thingy at the front of the seat. It looks like it has an ajusting screw too. Don't have a manual, so I will just remove the knob an have a look-see.
Thank you so much Frank!!! ....

WOAH Frank!!!
I don't think you should screw the adjusting valve completely out. I don't know this for sure but there may be a ball and/or spring that may come out too. I don't think you want that to happen. Just turn it out a couple turns then try it, if that don't help, a couple more turns, that should be plenty.
Any that I have been exposed to screw out to speed up the drop, that may not be so with your tractor it may screw in, but I'd really doubt it. Try a couple turns both directions.
