What is a fair price of a new ( 12hrs ) on it from the dealer is a 2007 TC 45DA with a Super Suite Cab. I got the bill infront of me and it total to $ 46,825.00.
Here's the break down. I asked for turf tires and the base price for it was $34,248 and turf tires is $2,557 and loader is $ 4000.00 and quick attacted face plate is $ 500.00 and 72" HD hight Capacity Material Bucket. Quick-Attach is $809 and rear remote valve kit is $ 641.00 and the Freight is $ 1,068 plus G.S.T/PST.
Question # 1 is this a fair price. #2 if I were to keep the Ag tires on it would and forget about the turf tires , does the dealer still charge me for the cost of existing tires that's on it. My dealer told me that base price does not include tires. " It seems odd that base price does not includes tires. It's like buying a new car without wheels.... " Wheels is extra ????

Take a look at all of the TC45 tractors listed at tractorhouse.com
You should be able to get a fair idea as to whether or not your dealer is even in the ballpark.
There are currently seven different TC45DA tractors listed there. Only One of them has a cab, but it's a 2-wheel drive model.

Yes Shan, tires are extra, though you can't buy it unless you buy them from the dealer.
The only time this can change somewhat is if you buy off the dealer lot---but they will still fold in the original cost of the tires the dealer paid for. Then they will add or subtract your tire choice, if available---sometimes they'll switch rims and tires with another on the lot. But not always.
If you're in Canada, eh? have you looked at buying across the border. I'm across the river from Windsor. Your media has been playing up the fact that even though the Canadian dollar is at par or higher than the US dollar, Canadian goods still cost much more. ....

nice site! There is a TC40 w/cab for 18k there (no other options) Although its a after cab, its still a good bug deflector. ....
