Go BottomPTO hard to engage

I have a TC30. The lever that engages the PTO is very hard to move back and forth (engage and disengage). I have checked and there is no grease fitting to lubricate. Any ideas as to why it is getting so hard to move?

Don't know your tractor but if like most try lubing where it goes into the transmission with oil. Why do they get hard to shift, one reason is such as chemicals that cause rust. Fertilizer spreader is a great to do this as so is some chemicals. I would suggest you should lube all such linkage where they enter transmission. ....
