I HAVE A 1710 FORD TRACTOR IT WILL NOT START UNLESS I ACTIVATE THE LOADER while starting. This relieves the hydraulic pressure.I think the pressure relief valve is stuck on has a broken spring.I can`t locate the relief valve.Any help would be appreciated. Richard

If the relief valve didn't work you would have the reverse condition. On mine I know if the rear remote lever gets stuck the 3 pt won't lift and makes it hard to start. ....
