i have a new holland 2003 tc33d compact tractor. i had to remove the injector pump and accidently turned the engine over while removed. does the cam have to be in a certain position to install the fuel injector pump or can i just install the pump as is?

There has to be someone who knows this better than I do but as the injector is sending fluid at precise moment it has to be in time with your pistons. So it does have to be in certain position. It might be only one way the two fit or you may have a problem to line back up. ....
