Any ideas on why the flywheel bolts came loose on my 545D New Holland. I had a rebuilt engine installed by an independent shop and after about 40 hours, the flywheel bolts came loose and ruined the flywheel, torque converter, and the crankshaft. WHY????? Any and all replies would be appreciated.

Seems to me that the person who rebuilt your engine didn't torque the bolts to the clutch and motor,I would take it back to him and let it be his baby ...a do over. ....
