You can't fill this type radiator to the top, it will just expand when heated - and escape from the pressure cap. Every time you fill to the top - then run the tractor - it will do the same thing. When topping up the coolant, leave at least an inch of space at the top to allow for expansion. I've added an overflow reservior to both my KAMAs. Ten bucks at JC Whitney.

I still can't feature what "black hose at the back of the engine" you're talking about. Is it safe to assume you bought this at the Lynchburg store? Because I see they advertise "Repair Services". Have you called them about this yet?
