I have aquired a arps trencher backhoe and was wondering if any one had any information about this piece of equipment. I believe the company that purchased it in the 80's was ameriquip but not sure if they would have an owners manual or any oterh info. any hel would truly be appriciated.

You might try yesterdaystractors.com
I'll provide a link below. They have manuals for thousands of different pieces of equipment. If they don't have a manual for your Arps trencher, they might know where to find one.
