First post here need some help on value of a pole barn I'm buying thats on some land I want. doors (3) are 12x14. ceiling height is 16'. Built in 2002. Good shape. Concrete floor with drain. Water and electrical. No insulation. Doors manual. (1) 3/0 x 6/8 steel entrance door. Metal roof. I'm just looking for ballpark numbers. Thanks.
