Just put up a 30x 40, 12' ceiling, loft. The metal "cap" on the 4 vertical corners and where the gable ends meet the siding aren't sealed up... I'm using this as a garage. Heat goes out and I'm getting tons of wasp nests up under the caps. Is there some type of rubber or foam that is contoured to fit under the 'caps'.. or do I have to resort to buying RTV?

That's an easy fix. Just a two word solution.
Spray Foam. ....
