I have a JD 855--19 hp pto. I'm looking at the King Kutter 48" and 60" My concern is whether the 60" is too large for this tractor. I don't baby my equipment but I don't like to torture it either. It will be used for tilling under my existing lawn/weed bed, soil prep for food plots, and gardening. The 48" is offset so either one will allow me to go trackless. TSC is selling the 48" for $999.99 and the 60" for $899.99 (on special). Since I don't have a lot of tilling to do I could probably get by with the 48" (but then I'd have to pay $100 more). I appreciate any ideas about the hp issue and general size requirements for my purposes.
