What causes the engine to rev uncontrollably? I have changed fuel filters, and bled fuel line. Does this mean there is a problem with the rotary injection pump, or can the problem be resolved a better way? If I need to replace the rotary injection pump, how do I remove it from the engine?

This is where I do not know, you would be looking for a spring attached to an eye bolt attached to a lever. The adjustment would be to loosen the nut on the bolt and shorten or lengthen. As I do not have your specific tractor, I could not say where the adjustment may be. ....
