Just put all new belts on, adjusted clutch to factory setting..seems underpowered now...push the clutch in and the idle gets higher...Ran fine until I did this...now it is sluggish, doesn't want to run..also just rebuilt the carb...had the motor out to replace the starter...Can anyone help ???

I'm confused-my AC 620 (which I sold for a JD 4200) was a hydrostatic drive. The "clutch" you mention-if you mean the dual belt idler setting of the spring, it should be 10-7/8" (refer to the manual for location).
Check the carb settings and VERY important-check the point box. It was my experience that due to it's aluminum construction, it would distort when hot, allowing it to move and throw the timing off. Good Luck! ....
