I want to use a flail mower with a 1" X 15 spline shaft on a tractor with a standard 1 3/8" X 6 spline output. Both are 1000 rpm. The best way to accomplish this would be to convert the mower spline to a 1 3/8" X 6 spline with an adaptor. I haven't been able to locate one. Does anyone know of a source?

Can you take the 1" x 15 spline adapter off the mower? If so, what size shaft is it mounted on. The link below is for a PTO shaft adapter to a 1 1/8" shaft. I would think you could get a bushing to go from a smaller shaft to the 1 1/8" shaft, if required.
