I own a 120 acre property with moderate slope (5 - 10 %) covered mostly in scrub oak, manzanita, deerbrush, and poison oak. I am looking at a JD 2020(vintage mid 60s) with a 7FT hydr disc, 6ft rotary mower, 6ft Gannon box scraper, and post hole auger for about $12,000. The eventual use for the property will be a 60 - 100 acre vineyard. Could you recommend this tractor as a starting point?

The tractor may not be bad but the price is high. In premium conditions a 2020 is worth about 6000$. A new 6 ft can be purchased as low as $600, as with the disks and the box blade.
I have an old MF 65 for 12K I would deliver with mower, disks and box blade anywhere in the lower 48. ....

I have a JD2020 gas with about 5500 original hours and a asking price of 6500. Tractor is clean with newer tires and good paint. About a 7 to 8 rating for it's vintage. ....
