folks just bought a Salsco 6" chipper with hydraulic feed and a throat entry of 6x12. this thing is bullet proof, made of heavier metal than the valby for 6500. I know that's a lot but it is totaly awsome and american made in conneticut. fyi 6" is firewood for me but the large capacity means i don't have to trim branches. They are reall nice folks to deal with.
