I have a Caravaggi Bio 350 - bought it 10 years ago.
Great machine but I need to replace a broken shredder blade. How do the retaining pins come off. Especially need help with the securing collar which appears to have a roll pin through it but I am not sure. I am in Australia and the former agent for Caravaggi can supply the blades but does not know either. My email is photios@werple.net.au
