I am rebuilding a Yanmar 1500. I am being told that there is not a service manual available for this tractor and my efforts to find one are proving this to be true. The closest thing I have is a manual for YM 195. It appears to be basically the same style of engine as the 2TR15 in my 1500 but obviously sizes of parts are larger. I am going to have the head surfaced and new valves and guides put in it. My machinist asked for recommended specs on doing the valve job. Does anyone have any info on this or know where I might find it?

The YM195 specs should be the best specs. Most of the larger 2 cylinder models use the same specs. The YM135 & YM155 use different specs. ....
